Abstract
To determine the clinical effectiveness of commonly used impregnated gauze on the healing of donor sites, impregnated dressings (Vaseline, Scarlet Red, xeroform, and hydrophilic petrolatum) were compared to unimpregnated fine mesh gauze of identical weave and porosity. Rate and quality of healing were found to be virtually the same regardless of the dressing used. Plain fine mesh gauze continues to be the most effective, convenient, and inexpensive means of managing donor sites.

为确定常用浸渍纱布对供皮区愈合的临床效果，将浸渍敷料（凡士林、猩红、干纱布和亲水性凡士林）与编织和孔隙率相同的未浸渍细网眼纱布进行比较。结果发现，无论使用何种敷料，愈合的速度和质量实际上是相同的。普通细网眼纱布仍然是处理供皮区最有效、方便且廉价的方法。
