[Modification of isoprenaline-induced myocardial necrosis in the rat by means of pre-treatment with cerutil and piracetam].

The influence of the isoprenalin-induced necrosis of the myocardium by pirazetam and cerutil is described. A pre-treatment lasting seven days leads to a considerable increase of the formation of necrosis in two substances. In contrast to this in the acute application one hour before the application of isoprenalin an inhibition of the changes of the myocardium appears. It is referred to a possible clinical importance of the findings.
