The observation of 50-year-old patient is presented. Following a traffic crash, he had suffered a left cranial fracture, right subdural hematoma, cranial base fracture and vitreous hemorrhages at the both eyes. Right ocular vision was 1/500, left ocular vision was 1/200. The vitrectomy through pars plana with Tollentino lens at the right eye, without scleral indentation, is made. The postoperative evolution was good, 21 days after the intervention the visual acuity of the right eye reaching 16/20. The role of vitrectomy in vitreous hemorrhages of Terson syndrome is emphasized.
本文报告了一名50岁患者的观察情况。该患者在交通事故后，出现左侧颅骨骨折、右侧硬膜下血肿、颅底骨折以及双眼玻璃体积血。右眼视力为1/500，左眼视力为1/200。对右眼行平坦部玻璃体切除术，术中使用托伦蒂诺透镜，未行巩膜外加压。术后恢复良好，干预后21天右眼视力达到16/20。强调了玻璃体切除术在Terson综合征玻璃体积血中的作用。
