A case of a 37-year-old woman with symmetrical bilateral apocrine hydrocystomas at the lateral margins of the eyelids is presented. The symmetrical, simultaneous and bilateral appearance of the lesions, the lack of association with other abnormalities and the absence of the lesion in the family history make this case remarkable.
本文报告一例37岁女性患者，其双侧眼睑外侧边缘出现对称性大汗腺囊瘤。病变呈现对称性、同时性及双侧性，且与其他异常情况无关，家族史中亦无此病变，这些特点使得该病例颇为罕见。
