异常左头臂静脉：螺旋CT及血管造影表现

OBJECTIVE
To alert the radiologist to CT findings that suggest the correct diagnosis of anomalous left brachiocephalic vein.
MATERIALS AND METHODS
The authors report two cases of anomalous left brachiocephalic vein diagnosed by spiral CT and CT angiography.
RESULTS
Spiral CT accurately depicted an anomalous left brachiocephalic vein, which ran between the ascending aorta and the trachea within the mediastinum to reach the right superior vena cava just below the entrance of the azygos vein.
CONCLUSION
Spiral CT combined with CT angiography is a very useful and minimally invasive technique in the diagnosis of this anomalous vein.

提醒放射科医生注意那些提示正确诊断左头臂静脉异常的CT表现。
材料与方法
作者报告两例经螺旋CT和CT血管造影诊断为左头臂静脉异常的病例。
结果
螺旋CT准确显示了一条异常的左头臂静脉，该静脉走行于纵隔内升主动脉和气管之间，在奇静脉入口下方汇入右上腔静脉。
结论
螺旋CT联合CT血管造影是诊断这种异常静脉的一种非常有用且微创的技术。
