Abstract
Ten cases of malignancy of the body of the uterus in women aged 45 and under without risk factors are analysed. These included 4 sarcomas, 4 glandular adenocarcinomas, 1 adenosquamous carcinoma and 1 papillary serious carcinoma. Often advanced and moderately differentiated, these tumours were characterised by their aggressiveness and poor prognosis.

对10例年龄在45岁及以下且无危险因素的女性子宫体恶性肿瘤病例进行了分析。其中包括4例肉瘤、4例腺腺癌、1例腺鳞癌和1例乳头状浆液性癌。这些肿瘤通常处于晚期且分化程度中等，其特点是具有侵袭性且预后不良。
