The nutrition, particularly provision of antisclerotic and antioxidant nutrients, has been studied for population of radiation-controlled territories, personnel of nuclear power stations, radiation-exposed inpatients. Nutritional deficiency was stated in relation to vitamins A, C, E B-carotine, sulfur-containing amino acids. Imbalance was found in fat and carbohydrate rations. It is thought valid to conduct relevant corrective changes in nutrition of the studied groups of population.
针对辐射控制地区的居民、核电站工作人员、遭受辐射的住院患者，已对其营养状况，尤其是抗动脉粥样硬化和抗氧化营养素的供应情况展开了研究。研究表明，这些人群存在维生素A、C、E、β-胡萝卜素以及含硫氨基酸缺乏的情况。同时还发现脂肪和碳水化合物的摄入量不均衡。人们认为，对这些受研究人群的营养进行相关的纠正性调整是有必要的。
