Abstract
The human body has frequently been used as a vehicle for illicit drug smuggling. The anatomic site of concealment is usually the gastrointestinal tract. We report a case in which the vagina was used for this purpose. Removal of the package containing the drug was very difficult and had to be accomplished by the use of obstetric forceps.
