[Surgical treatment of unstable and early post-infarction angina].

Out of 146 patients with unstable and early postinfarction angina pectoris, 120 underwent surgery at various intervals since the condition onset. The patients were followed up from 1 month to 6 years. Surgical management of the above forms of coronary heart disease confirmed its efficacy in prevention of acute, recurrent and repeated myocardial infarctions.
