Abstract
The paper is devoted to a comparison of the stroke volume indices in 20 patients surviving myocardial infarction. The stroke volume was determined by the dye dilution technique and by various echocardiographic techniques. A distinct correlation was found between these values. With various echocardiographic techniques the correlation coefficient ranged from 0.69 to 0.81. The most precise method of echocardiographic determination of the stroke volume in myocardial infarction patients is that by Teichholz.

本文致力于对20例心肌梗死存活患者的每搏输出量指数进行比较。每搏输出量通过染料稀释技术和各种超声心动图技术测定。发现这些值之间存在明显的相关性。采用各种超声心动图技术时，相关系数范围为0.69至0.81。在心肌梗死患者中，超声心动图测定每搏输出量最精确的方法是泰希霍尔兹法。
