Abstract

Glomerular endothelial cells (GEN) have recently been cloned, cultivated and characterized. They have as same biological characteristics as expressed in endothelial cells derived from different sources. Because of the difficulties of cloning of GEN, we first transfected plasmid DNA containing large T antigen of SV-40 (NH-GEN1). Culture method of GEN and NH-GEN1 and its application are discussed.
