[Postgraduate training in Laboratory Administration and Management].

The new edition of the postgraduate training requirement in clinical pathology includes "Laboratory Administration and Management". There are many different ways to receive its training, such as supervised experience in one's institution and continuing educational programs offered by professional organizations. The Japanese Association of Clinical Laboratory Physicians (JACLaP) now offers two kinds of its continuing educational programs for "Good Laboratory Management"; a workshop for a small group of its members and an educational conference.
