Abstract
Ophthalmoscopy in a somnolent girl of 12 years revealed papilloedema of R = 3D and L = 4D. In the right eye there was an additional retinochoroiditis ad papillam. Seroreactions for toxoplasmosis were highly positive. By treatment with Daraprim, Durenat and Leucovorin, the left eye recovered nearly completely, but the right eye developed a severe optic atrophy.
