Abstract
Cerebral blood flow was measured in 80 epileptic patients with the aid of SPECT and HM-PAO techniques. Blood flow in the brain was assessed between epileptic attacks. A significant decrease in HM-PAO accumulation in suspected epileptic foci has been noted in 85 per cent of cases. It seems that radioisotopic techniques may be helpful in localization epileptic foci.

借助单光子发射计算机断层扫描（SPECT）和六甲基丙烯胺肟（HM-PAO）技术，对80例癫痫患者的脑血流量进行了测量。在癫痫发作间期评估脑血流量。在85%的病例中，发现疑似癫痫病灶处的HM-PAO积聚显著减少。放射性同位素技术似乎有助于癫痫病灶的定位。
