[A case of peripheral autonomic sensory neuropathy with a clinical picture of sympathetic trunk inflammation].

A case is described of subacute autonomic-sensory neuropathy in a female patient with history of disease extending over many years. Unilaterality of certain symptoms and signs suggested the involvement of sympathetic trunk. Diagnostic difficulties are stressed as well as the difficulties in the interpretation of syndrome's symptoms and signs.
