From Dec, 1990 to Aug, 1992, 40 patients with anal-rectal malignancies were treated by abdominoperineal resection plus anus reconstruction in situ. External sphincter was reconstructed by using bulbocavernosus, internal sphincter by pedicled small intestine segment, rectal internal angle. rectal valves were reconstructed, Postoperative functions were satisfactory in most cases by clinical observations and a series of function tests.
1990年12月至1992年8月，40例肛管直肠癌患者接受了腹会阴联合切除加原位肛门重建术。采用球海绵体肌重建外括约肌，带蒂小肠段重建内括约肌、直肠内角和直肠瓣。通过临床观察和一系列功能测试，多数患者术后功能满意。
