Abstract
A 51 year old female, suffering from hoarseness and cough, underwent fiberoptic bronchoscopy. Endoscopic examination revealed widespread swollen, oedematous arytenoid with infiltrative and nodular lesions. Biopsy revealed sarcoid granulomas. Prednisone treatment resulted in symptom resolution and lesion regression.
