A solid-phase competitive enzyme immunoassay for measurements of barbiturates in biologic tissues of human body was developed. Antibodies to barbiturate derivatives, obtained by rabbit immunization with conjugated antigen (barbamyl conjugate with ovalbumin) were used as reagents in the assay. Together with the chromatographic procedures the developed EIA may be used in practical forensic medicine and narcology.
建立了一种用于检测人体生物组织中巴比妥类药物的固相竞争性酶免疫分析法。用偶联抗原（巴比妥与卵清蛋白的偶联物）免疫兔子获得的巴比妥衍生物抗体用作该分析方法的试剂。与色谱法一起，所开发的酶免疫分析法可用于实际法医学和麻醉学。
