Two cases of sudden death of young athletes are analysed. Postmortal coronary angiography was performed and coronary index was estimated on the angiograms. Coronary index represents a ratio between the mean coronary caliber and myocardial weight thus reflecting myocardial blood supply. A decrease of coronary index in combination with myocardial fibrosis and necrosis was revealed. It is supposed that recurring myocardial necrosis developed because of hypoperfusion of hypertrophic myocardium during physical overstrain.
分析了两例年轻运动员猝死的病例。进行了死后冠状动脉造影，并在血管造影上估计了冠状动脉指数。冠状动脉指数代表平均冠状动脉管径与心肌重量的比值，从而反映心肌血液供应。结果显示冠状动脉指数降低并伴有心肌纤维化和坏死。据推测，反复发生的心肌坏死是由于体力过度劳累期间肥厚心肌的灌注不足所致。
