[Methodological approaches to complex assessment of health impairment due to unfavorable factors in the environment].

The paper is devoted to an urgent problem of estimating human health damage as a result of violating hygienic regulations. The problem should be solved by using multifactor evaluation of physical, mental and social health of population and by creating National Safety (Risk) Register.
