OBJECTIVE AND METHODS
Recent studies have demonstrated the important role of glutamine in postoperative metabolism. Using dipeptide-containing amino acid solutions it is possible to enhance glutamine supply. Safety and tolerance of DP-Gln 20 (gly-gln, gly-tyr) and Vamin 18EF were investigated in an open, prospective, randomised study. 16 patients received isonitrogenous parenteral nutrition over 4 days.
RESULTS
There was no difference in clinical and biochemical patterns between both groups. Complications and adverse events due to the infused amino acid solutions were not observed.
目的与方法
近期研究已证明谷氨酰胺在术后代谢中的重要作用。使用含二肽的氨基酸溶液可增加谷氨酰胺供应。在一项开放性、前瞻性、随机研究中，对DP-Gln 20（甘氨酰谷氨酰胺、甘氨酰酪氨酸）和凡命18EF的安全性及耐受性进行了研究。16例患者接受了为期4天的等氮肠外营养。
结果
两组的临床和生化指标无差异。未观察到因输注氨基酸溶液导致的并发症和不良事件。
