Abstract

The relative binding affinity of nonsteroidal antiestrogen tamoxifen to the cytosol estradiol receptors of hyperplastic and unaltered myometria in patients with leiomyoma has been studied. Relative binding affinity of tamoxifen in tumor tissues exceeded one in normal myometrium.
