The article analyses relative risk of occupational diseases in men and women. Exposure to oil products increases oncologic risk 14.8 times; rare urination--14.3 times; drinking less than 11 per day--6.5 times; vibration--2.5 times. Significantly (5.6-fold) increased risk in women was demonstrated for exposure to oil products. In occupational group of cleaners working with chloride of lime high risk may be connected with exposure to trihalomethanes appearing in water during chloration.
本文分析了男性和女性职业病的相对风险。接触石油产品会使患癌风险增加14.8倍；排尿少会使患癌风险增加14.3倍；每天饮酒少于11次会使患癌风险增加6.5倍；接触振动会使患癌风险增加2.5倍。女性接触石油产品的风险显著增加（5.6倍）。在使用石灰氯的清洁工人职业群体中，高风险可能与氯化过程中水中出现的三卤甲烷接触有关。
