Primary neoplasms of the sublingual glands are very rare. We describe our experience in managing a case of primary squamous cell carcinoma of the sublingual gland, including differential diagnoses and therapy. Radical resection of the primary tumor was performed with bilateral supraomohyoid neck dissections. This was followed by postoperative radiotherapy that included the field of the draining lymph nodes (total dose 56 Gy). During a 3-year follow up period the patient was still tumor-free. We suggest--in concurrence with the literature--the use of this combined therapy in cases of malignant neoplasms of the minor salivary glands.
舌下腺原发性肿瘤非常罕见。我们描述了处理一例舌下腺原发性鳞状细胞癌的经验，包括鉴别诊断和治疗。对原发性肿瘤进行了根治性切除，并双侧行肩胛舌骨上颈部淋巴结清扫术。随后进行术后放疗，放疗范围包括引流淋巴结区域（总剂量56 Gy）。在3年的随访期内，患者仍无肿瘤复发。我们与文献观点一致，建议在小唾液腺恶性肿瘤病例中采用这种联合治疗方法。
