Fifteen 5-nitro-2-furfurylidene phenoxyacethydrazides were synthesized, and the antibacterial and antifungal activities of the compounds prepared were determined against different microorganisms. The o-methoxy derivative was found to be the most active compound.
合成了15种5-硝基-2-糠叉苯氧基乙酰肼,并测定了所制备化合物对不同微生物的抗菌和抗真菌活性。发现邻甲氧基衍生物是活性最高的化合物。
