[The characteristics of HLA antigen distribution in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis and arterial hypertension].

A clinical immunogenetic analysis revealed highly significant positive and negative associations between HLA antigens and chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN), ethnic characteristics of the distribution of HLA-antigen allele variants associated with hypertensive nephritis. Immunogenetic markers of high risk to develop CGN with arterial hypertension, severe hypertension, progressive nephritis are listed.
