Diagnostic potentialities of Doppler echocardiography in detection of painless myocardial ischemia were studied in screening examination of 850 patients. Conclusion was made that disorders of trans-diastolic blood flow revealed Doppler-echocardiographically is one of the earliest signs of painless myocardial ischemia in clinically healthy subjects.
在对850例患者的筛查检查中，研究了多普勒超声心动图在检测无痛性心肌缺血方面的诊断潜力。得出的结论是，多普勒超声心动图显示的舒张期血流紊乱是临床健康受试者无痛性心肌缺血的最早征象之一。
