In vitro and animal experiments showed that the double intra aortic balloon (DIAB) pumping can provide 30% greater blood flow to the coronary arteries than does a single intra aortic balloon (SIAB) pumping of the same volume during counterpulsation. It significantly improves the hemodynamic parameters so as to raise the efficiency of the counterpulsation. The results are consistent with computer studies.
体外和动物实验表明，在反搏过程中，双主动脉内球囊（DIAB）泵血比相同容积的单主动脉内球囊（SIAB）泵血能为冠状动脉提供多30%的血流量。它能显著改善血流动力学参数，从而提高反搏效率。这些结果与计算机研究结果一致。
