Abstract

Congenital absence of scrotal skin is extremely rare and no reports can be found in the literature. Few experienced pediatric surgeons have seen a case and no method of creation of a scrotum has been described. A patient with this condition is described, together with a method of construction of a scrotum from preputial skin.

先天性阴囊皮肤缺失极为罕见，文献中未见相关报道。很少有经验丰富的小儿外科医生见过这种病例，也没有描述过构建阴囊的方法。本文描述了一名患有这种疾病的患者，以及一种用包皮皮肤构建阴囊的方法。
