Abstract

In a liver biopsy specimen of an infantile type of Gaucher's disease an extremely high activity of mitochondrial alpha-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase activity was observed in Gaucher cells. The activities of fourteen other dehydrogenases which were studied incomparably weaker.
