Four fixatives were used with two different fixation times in order to determine the influence of different fixatives on PCNA preservation. The result indicated that the aldehyde-base fixatives preserved PCNA excellently and the appropriate fixative time was 24 hours. The result of alcohol-base fixative on PCNA preservation seemed unsatisfactory and 10% buffer formalin was the best one among the aldehyde-base fixatives for this preservation. Additionally, double-labelling technique for demonstrating PCNA as well as the membrane antigen in the same slide was established. Selection of antigen chromogens suitable to double-labelling is described.
为了确定不同固定剂对增殖细胞核抗原（PCNA）保存的影响，使用了四种固定剂并设置了两种不同的固定时间。结果表明，醛基固定剂能很好地保存PCNA，合适的固定时间为24小时。酒精基固定剂对PCNA保存的效果似乎并不理想，在醛基固定剂中，10%缓冲福尔马林是保存PCNA的最佳选择。此外，还建立了在同一张载玻片上同时显示PCNA和膜抗原的双重标记技术。文中描述了适用于双重标记的抗原显色剂的选择。
