Oral glucose test and serum insulin determination was performed in 192 workers of a large metallurgical factory. The subjects were divided into four groups: 1. exposed to isolated noise, 2. exposed to local vibration, 3. exposed to the whole body vibration, and 4. control group. In the group exposed to the whole body vibration more frequent occurrence of higher glucose and serum insulin concentrations were found when compared with the control group. The observed changes were caused by low and medium frequency of the whole body vibration.
对一家大型冶金厂的192名工人进行了口服葡萄糖测试和血清胰岛素测定。受试者分为四组:1. 暴露于单独噪声环境;2. 暴露于局部振动环境;3. 暴露于全身振动环境;4. 对照组。与对照组相比,在全身振动暴露组中发现较高血糖和血清胰岛素浓度更频繁出现。观察到的这些变化是由全身振动的低频和中频引起的。
