Abstract
A case in which the uterus from a 44-year-old woman contained an atypical polypoid adenomyoma of the endometrium with adjacent adenomyomatosis in which there were focal areas of adenocarcinoma is described. This unique combination has not been previously reported. Possible histogenesis is discussed.
