Abstract
We report the excellent therapeutic response of actinomycetoma treated with amikacin-trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. The medication was given in cycles for 5 weeks. Ninety-five percent of all cases were cured after 5, 10 or 15 weeks treatment.

我们报告了用阿米卡星-甲氧苄啶-磺胺甲恶唑治疗放线菌性足菌肿的良好治疗反应。该药物按疗程给药，为期5周。所有病例中有95%在接受5、10或15周治疗后治愈。
