In reviewing 56 cases of aortico-left ventricular tunnel from 39 reported articles, none of the patients operated on were Oriental. In this report, a 4 month-old male infant was successfully operated on. The tunnel was closed with a Dacron patch on the aortic orifice. The child is now free from symptoms, except for mild residual aortic regurgitation, and is developing normally 5 year-11 month after repair. A brief clinical review has been attempted in these reported cases.
在查阅39篇报道文章中的56例主动脉-左心室隧道病例时，接受手术治疗的患者均非东方人。在本报告中，一名4个月大的男婴成功接受了手术。通过在主动脉口处使用涤纶补片封闭隧道。该患儿目前除有轻度主动脉瓣反流残留症状外，无其他症状，在修复术后5年11个月时发育正常。本文尝试对这些报道病例进行简要的临床回顾。
