Abstract
Isolated dislocation of the trapezoid is a rare injury. The case of a 21-year-old woman who sustained an isolated dislocation of the trapezoid in a motor vehicle accident is presented. Treatment consisted of a closed reduction. One-year follow-up revealed normal range of motion with no residual pain.
