The trace element analysis on the scalp hair of patients with breast cancer and hyperplasia was made using the XRF method and compared with that of healthy people. The hair samples from 42 breast cancer patients, 57 hyperplasia patients and 31 healthy people were collected respectively. The results showed that Mn, Cr and K content in the hair of the patients with cancer was much higher than that of the normal (P < 0.05). Significant differences were also found between patients with breast cancer and with hyperplasia in K and Fe content. The former was much higher than the latter (P < 0.05).
采用X射线荧光光谱法（XRF）对乳腺癌及乳腺增生患者的头皮毛发进行微量元素分析，并与健康人进行比较。分别采集了42例乳腺癌患者、57例乳腺增生患者和31例健康人的毛发样本。结果显示，癌症患者毛发中的锰、铬和钾含量远高于正常人（P<0.05）。乳腺癌患者与乳腺增生患者的钾和铁含量也存在显著差异，前者远高于后者（P<0.05）。
