Abstract
This report describes a case of ovarian cancer with metastases to the sternum and costae. Sternal and costal metastases from ovarian cancer are extremely rare. We introduce a case of sternal metastasis from ovarian cancer that occurred over 7 years after initial diagnosis which was successfully treated with local resection and systemic chemotherapy. Possible metastatic routes are discussed.

本报告描述了一例发生胸骨和肋骨转移的卵巢癌病例。卵巢癌转移至胸骨和肋骨极为罕见。我们介绍一例卵巢癌胸骨转移病例，该病例在初次诊断7年多后出现，经局部切除和全身化疗成功治疗。文中还讨论了可能的转移途径。
