Abstract
Four cases of Sjogren's disease are reported: 2 cases with pulmonary syndrome (fibrosing alveolitis) and 2 cases with respiratory sarcoidosis. The diagnosis was made basing on xerostomia and xerophthalmia. Corticosteroid treatment produced only a partial response. The disease took a chronic course in all the patients. Antibacterial drugs were a failure in all the patients.

报告了4例干燥综合征病例：2例伴有肺部综合征（肺纤维化），2例伴有呼吸道结节病。诊断基于口干症和干眼症。皮质类固醇治疗仅产生部分反应。所有患者的病情均呈慢性病程。抗菌药物对所有患者均无效。
