Abstract
A high performance liquid chromatographic method is described for measuring adenosine 3',5'-cyclic monophosphate (cyclic AMP) accumulation in intact or whole-cell preparations using ultraviolet (UV) detection. This quantitative technique is rapid, employing a simple step for the extraction of cyclic AMP from tissues.
