In order to characterize typical MRI-findings in patients with Sjögren's syndrome who present recurrent parotid swelling 15 patients with clinical diagnosis of this disease were examined in a prospectives study. Most of the patients showed bilateral enlarged glands with an inhomogeneous, nodular pattern. The signal intensity was very high, especially in the T2 weighted sequences.
为了描述患有复发性腮腺肿大的干燥综合征患者的典型磁共振成像（MRI）表现，在一项前瞻性研究中对15例临床诊断为此病的患者进行了检查。大多数患者显示双侧腺体肿大，呈不均匀的结节状。信号强度非常高，尤其是在T2加权序列中。
