We report the importance of ultrasound in 5 cases of neuropathies caused by popliteal compression of the peroneal nerve. The ultrasound is helpful for the indication of operative decompression. The ultrasound is a proper diagnostic method if sciatica could not be excluded. Unfortunately, not every compression can be evaluated by this method alone.
我们报告了超声在5例因腘窝处腓总神经受压所致神经病变中的重要性。超声有助于指示手术减压。如果不能排除坐骨神经痛，超声是一种合适的诊断方法。不幸的是，并非每种压迫都能仅通过这种方法进行评估。
