From January 31, 1990 to November 15, 1991, I treated three patients by cesarean hysterectomy with cervical conization for cervical neoplasia. All three hysterectomies were facilitated by the use of a combined abdominal-vaginal technique, which is described in this report.
从1990年1月31日至1991年11月15日，我采用剖宫产子宫切除术加宫颈锥切术治疗了3例宫颈肿瘤患者。所有3例子宫切除术均采用经腹-阴道联合技术辅助完成，本报告将对此技术进行描述。
