At the beginning the essential facts with a basic signification for the insight into the anti-Rh-immunoprophylaxis (IP) are pointed aut. Then we inform about our own results. During the period--we report on--we carried through the IP nearly 500 times. A sensibilization took place in no case. More than 50 women became pregnant anew, their children were clinically and serologically healthy, no mother proved to have anti-D-antibodies. Herewith our results confirm a full efficiency of the IP. The problem of an immunoprophylactic therapy in already existing anti-D-antibodies is point aut.
首先指出了对于深入了解抗Rh免疫预防（IP）具有基本意义的关键事实。然后我们介绍了自己的研究结果。在我们所报告的这段时期内，我们进行了近500次IP。无一例发生致敏。50多名妇女再次怀孕，她们的孩子在临床和血清学上均健康，没有一位母亲被证明有抗D抗体。由此我们的结果证实了IP的完全有效性。指出了在已经存在抗D抗体的情况下进行免疫预防治疗的问题。
