Selective protection and deprotection of 5-fluorouridine and 5-fluoro-2'-deoxy-uridine derivatives have been studied by enzymatic esterification in organic solvents and enzymatic hydrolysis. Different selectively protected products could be prepared by using different enzymes. This provides an efficient method for selective protection of nucleosides.
通过在有机溶剂中的酶促酯化反应和酶促水解反应,对5-氟尿苷和5-氟-2'-脱氧尿苷衍生物进行了选择性保护和脱保护研究。使用不同的酶可以制备出不同的选择性保护产物。这为核苷的选择性保护提供了一种有效的方法。
