Pure red cell aplasia (PRCA) is an unusual early manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Review of the 13 cases in literature revealed that the immune system played a significant role in disease pathogenesis. Immunosuppression has been thought to be the cause of the efficacy of corticosteroids in treatment. The case of a 28-year-old woman with SLE is described. She presented with PRCA, but has had good response to corticosteroid therapy.
纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血（PRCA）是系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）一种不常见的早期表现。对文献中13例病例的回顾显示，免疫系统在疾病发病机制中起重要作用。免疫抑制被认为是皮质类固醇治疗有效的原因。本文描述了一名28岁患系统性红斑狼疮的女性病例。她表现为纯红细胞再生障碍性贫血，但对皮质类固醇治疗反应良好。
