The present case report describes a 20-year-old patient with a benign renal tumor (angiomyolipoma of the kidney). In the course of the nephrectomy a massive pulmonary embolism occurred with cardiac arrest. After reanimation, pulmonary angiography revealed a disseminated pulmonary embolism.
本病例报告描述了一名20岁患有良性肾肿瘤（肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤）的患者。在肾切除术中发生了大规模肺栓塞并导致心脏骤停。复苏后，肺血管造影显示为弥漫性肺栓塞。
