The balance of immunoglobulins G has been studied during plasmapheresis in donors immunized and non-immunized with D antigen. For 42 days, the life-span of IgG, rhythmical withdrawal of plasma was carried out. During the procedure, 50% or 100% of the extracellular IgG was lost. A rhythmic loss of IgG amounting to double its production is the upper limit which can still sufficiently be compensated by the organism.
对D抗原免疫和未免疫的献血者进行血浆置换时，研究了免疫球蛋白G的平衡情况。在42天内，对IgG的寿命进行了研究，有节奏地抽取血浆。在此过程中，细胞外IgG损失了50%或100%。IgG的有节奏损失达到其产生量的两倍，这是机体仍能充分补偿的上限。
