The comparison of the effect obtained in children with primary acute pyelonephritis treated with lymphotropic ampiox plus lidase against oral or intramuscular ampiox showed more rapid induction of clinical remission and more pronounced tendency to normalization of immunological indices in the patients on lymphotropic ampiox. In addition, the lymphotropic route made it possible to decrease the drug dose and number of its injections which is of importance in pediatric practice. The above advantages say in favour of wide application of indirect lymphotropic therapy for pyelonephritis in children.
对原发性急性肾盂肾炎患儿采用亲淋巴细胞性氨比西林加玻璃酸酶治疗与口服或肌内注射氨比西林的效果比较显示，采用亲淋巴细胞性氨比西林治疗的患者临床缓解诱导更快，免疫指标更明显地趋于正常。此外，亲淋巴细胞途径能够减少药物剂量及其注射次数，这在儿科实践中很重要。上述优点表明亲淋巴细胞间接疗法在儿童肾盂肾炎治疗中应广泛应用。
