Abstract

A case of carbamazepine-induced thrombocytopenia is reported. The patient, a 38-year-old female, developed thrombocytopenia 10 days after receiving 400 mg carbamazepine daily. The presence of an anti-IgG carbamazepine-dependent platelet-reactive antibody was documented. Using flow cytometry, the drug-induced antibody was detected at a drug concentration as low as 10(-6) M.

报告了一例卡马西平诱导的血小板减少症病例。该患者为一名38岁女性，在每日服用400毫克卡马西平10天后出现血小板减少症。已证实存在抗IgG卡马西平依赖性血小板反应性抗体。使用流式细胞术，在低至10（-6）M的药物浓度下检测到药物诱导的抗体。
